YCSO ID's three fraud victims - YOUR RV WIZARD FRAUDS

The Yuma County Sheriff's Office has identified three victims in its fraud investigation against a local RV dealer and is looking for more.

the investigation concerns allegations of fraud of consignment sales of motorhomes and other recreation vehicles involving YOUR RV WIZARD, which is now closed due to filing for bankruptcy.

The sheriff's office was made aware of the possible fraud earlier this month and began an investigation. so far, according to a news release, at least three individuals did not receive a title for a motorhome purchased at YOUR RV Wizard or compensation for a vehicle the dealership sold.

The Sheriff's office here (in Yuma) is also working with the Pima County Sheriff's Office after discovering similiar events may have happened in Pima County involving the YOUR RV WIZARD dealership there.

Both the Yuma County Sheriff's Office and the Pima County Sheriff's Office wil be working with the Arizona Attorney General's Office in this investigation.

Anyone who feels they may also be a victim is encouraged to contact the Yuma County Sheriff's Office at 782.3387 or the Pima County Sheriff's Office.

Buyer got Burned

In Oct 2007 we purchased a consigned class A coach from them,as of March 2008 we still do not have a plate and my credit union still cant get a title..............They have closed down and are filing for Bankruptcy now I have a coach that I can not use or drive (no plates) and I am making payments on it !!!!

Also there is a chance I will loose the coach because the original lienholder has not been paid off or the owners, and they will be looking for the coach...Now I stand to loose the $10,000.00 I put down on the coach......

Trade was never paid off

Traded a class A motorhome for a 5th wheel in September 2007 and as of March 2008 they still haven't paid off the trade. We had paid ahead on the loan and they rode our credit. Now the bank is pursuing them because the loan is way behind. We sent everybody who knew there because we thought they had treated us well - not anymore!!

Wizard Redeemed!

This is to update a previous review in which we said that Your RV Wizard had sold our motor home on consignment in October 2007 and had not paid us.

In late January we were contacted by the owner who told us that both he and his partner had been sick, that the business had gotten out of control, and that we would be paid soon. We have now been paid in full. Thank you, Your RV Wizard.
