Each stay is customized to individual physical and spiritual needs and takes advantage of an expansive range of treatments, including aloe wraps, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, Trager, Chi Nei Tsang, Shiatsu and various kinds of yoga. Not surprisingly, the menu of massage options is comprehensive--Thai massage, hot stone and acupressure, to name but a few--and facilities include a tri-level swimming pool with cascading waterfall.
