55+ community with fabulous views, beautiful spa, pool, golf course, tennis courts! Great place as a second home for snowbirds! Best value out there with free golf! Mobile homes are neat and cozy! Not glamorous, but SO WONDERFUL! Surrounded by mountains and the desert park! Only tell your BEST friends about this place! Part time owners rent out there place to people who want to check it out for very reasonable prices! Seperate pool for "families and kids", moderately family friendly.
Pros: inexpensive, beautiful, fun
Cons: no kids in whirlpool
