Can I rate them NO STARS?

I rented a property from RPM Rincoln for over a year and they were always unprofessional and difficult to work with. Every time we had a repair issue we could not get a hold of anyone.

We had to fix numerous problems on our own and were NEVER reimbursed for anything even when we provided receipts as asked. My fustration with this company took a turn for the worst when it came to moving out. They ignored our first months notice that we gave and forced us to pay another month's rent.

They not only kept our deposit but are also threatening to charge us extra for items we had already complained about when moving in. They will also charge you for carpet cleaning even if you do get the carpet cleaned and provide a receipt as requested, because in our case they did not think that the carpet cleaning company that we used did a good enough job.

I have never worked with a more unprofessional company in my life and have therefore been led to write my first bad review EVER. I would never rent any property under them again no matter how nice the property was. It was not worth it to deal with them

After the experience I had managing this home myself, I will never try that again! RPM Rincon has had much better luck getting it occupied and keeping it that way. They are great to deal with and have made it possible for me to keep the family home in the family.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES - STAY AWAY

I have never met Judd Chet but I have had experience with his company, RPM Rincon. I believe the Arizona Attorney General needs to look into this company's business practices as I believe they are unethical and fraudulent. Based upon the number of horrific reviews that I have read,on this company, I am not in the minority with my views.

Debbie Hightower is the most unpleasant, rude, and unethical person I have ever had to deal with. Myself, as well as several others have sued this company due to unethical business practices.

This is a company that thrives on ripping people off; both owners and tenents. I will continue to let everyone who asks know that RPM Rincon is a business you want to get involved with only if you enjoy litigation.

Apparently Mr. Judd condones this type of business practice as Ms. Hightower still has a job; this makes him as guilty as her.

I just handed over a property to RPM Rincon after having some difficulty with the previous managers and several of their previous tenant appointments. RPM has gone to great lengths during the transition and has impressed me at every turn. They are diligent and leave nothing to chance. So far so good!

RPM Rincon does a wonderful job managing our two condos. They have assessed our local values and adjusted their rent accordingly, as a result we have new quality tenants paying a fair market rate. This has increased our profitability and really shown the value in RPM's services.
