Experienced mechanics, honest service – Totally awesome place. The guys at the counter are friendly and a lot of fun, the mechanics are courteous and clean. The shop is kept clean and they let you look at the problem and show you what's happening instead of just telling you that you need to fix it. I like that they show you why.
Awesome. Trustworthy place for girls – Dude, these guys saved my butt. Not only did my car brake down at the intersection and they pushed me in and kept me from getting in a crash...not only did they check it for free...and not only did they tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate...but knowing that I COULDNT TAKE IT ANYWHERE ELSE...I checked around and they were the least expensive ones. And they got me financing.
The guys at the counter are really nice, and they go out of their way to calm you down when you're freaking out. Really great customer service.
Great Service – When my car died I called this shop because it was close to my house. I had no money to fix it and expected that I would end up without a car until I could save enough. Ron at the counter was understanding. He towed the car to the shop, told me I needed transmission repair, took care of the financing and I had my car back a few days later. I only had to pay $175 down and I pay a $79 every month. They send me the bill at home.
Worst service I have ever received. – My wife took our car into this shop because the said they could do a free inspection. They looked at the car in the parking lot and said it needs a complete transmission rebuild and she shouldn’t drive it or she will do more damage. I was out of town so she had them give her a ride home. I talked to her that night and she told me what happened. I called the next morning and talked to Luis. he said the transmission was bad and he could put one in for about $2200.00. I decided to call the dealer and, they said a rebuilt transmission for my car was about $3800.00 installed. I expect the dealer to cost a little more but this was a big difference so I decided to get a second opinion. I had my wife go to pick up the car and take it to another shop that a friend of mine had used. When she showed up they had already started removing the transmission without any authorization form my wife or myself and when she said she was going to get another opinion Luis said he knew that other shop and that they did terrible work he went on and on about his shop was to only place that knew what they were doing. Luis charged us over $200.00 to put the car back together and when we went to the other shop they replaced a solenoid and it works fine now. I would not advise anyone to use this shop the guy Luis is defiantly a hot head and he might be the cheapest guy in town but you will get what you paid for at least we did.
Awesome service – I have now had 3 of my families cars worked on at Aamco. I have only one thing to say AWESOME!!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, and the best at what they do. I wont go anywhere else for my auto services. Aamco has made a life long customer out of me
