Worst customer service ever experienced!.
I purchased a Groupon for a mani/pedi for this salon months ago and I've been trying to make an appointment ever since. I've cut them some slack for being booked every time I call because usually it's just a day or two in advance. However this past weekend I called to schedule an appointment for the next weekend and they stated that the manicurist would call me back. She never did. I called again the following Monday and was given the same run-around. They asked for my phone number again and said they'd get back to me. They never did again. So I called back the following day. This time, I was told they were booked again. Never have I gotten an apology. Never have they tried to schedule to me for another day. I get the same dismissive treatment every time I've called.
At this point, I would rather go to Groupon for a refund. If I'm getting treated this way over the phone, I'd hate to experience the service after walking through the door.

Worst Customer Service!. I had the misfortune of getting my haircut at this salon recently due to a purchased coupon from Livingsocial. One would think that businesses offer these discounts to bring in more business and build a loyal cliental base... Apparently it appears to be quite the oppopsite with the owner of Bella Vita Salon. Half off = half assed service! I got a deep condition, hair cut and blow dry that took over an hour and half beacuse the owner was more concerned with answering the phone, what an employee did the night before, he even stopped mid-haircut to explain to the receptionist a basic computer issue, which was not crucial to assist with at the time. I also had to wait approx 20 min after i arrived ,so he could go over work schedule arrangements with a new employee. All this coming from Jack the owner of the salon, which showed the impression he had no consideration or appreciation for my business... I would advise he signs up for a seminar explaining " How horrible customer service can impact my bussiness" A-SAP! I will never return to this salon and do not recommend it to any one else.
