Great Brazilian Blowout!!!! with Amy. I went to Indigo because a friend gave me a great coupon for a Brazilian Blowout. It was a reasonable price so I tried it. I made an appointment with Amy and she treated me so great. She explained everything and even answered other questions about highlights/haircut with great knowledge. My curly and frizzy hair looked and felt like silk when she was done. She was very professional and knowledgeable on the products and everything. I will go back to get another brazilian blowout, as long as the price doesn't go up and get my haircut/retouch on my highlights when is time to get it done again. This salon is not very close to me but I am willing to drive to get great service and good prices. They are located in Marana on Silverbell near Coachline. Thank you for making my first appointment a great experience, Amy. I will see you soon.

RE:Previous post. As a representative of Indigo Salon I have to respond to the review that was posted. What the reviewer FAILS to mention is that the gift card that was brought in was not honored because it was EXPIRED by 3 months..NOT because of new ownership. At Indigo we have honored thousands of dollars worth of gift certificated issued under previous ownership, not because we had to, but because it is the right thing to do. The reviewer also FAILS to mention that we offered a premium discount on our service to compensate. We will always go the extra mile to provide world class customer service to our clients. Again we've honored thousands of dollars in gift certificates issued under previous ownership and we will continue to do this, as long as it's not EXPIRED, and the only gift certificates that expired were one's issued by a radio station at a 50% discount last year and had a 6 month window to use, it is CLEARLY on the gift certificate. It's unfortunate that when someone tries to "get over" on a small business they resort to posting lies and misinformation on the internet. Again we will honor gift certificates issued under previous ownership, unless its expired and if it is CALL us beforehand and we will find a way to make it right

Poor "new ownership". I do not recommend this salon to you. I had a gift card for $100 that they did not honor due to "new ownership" In a time and economy when business should be excelling in customer service; Indigo Day Spa feels it can turn away business. Rather than honor a gift card that clearly says Indigo Day Spa (not a specific owner) this shortsighted business decided to shoot itself in the foot. I guess they feel they are the only business that offers a service. Poor customer service equals poor service and a disregard for the community it would like to serve. Way to bite the hand that feeds you.
