Amazing!. I received a massage at Massage Envy. I'm a massage therapy student myself, so I know some of what to look for, and what to avoid.

I was VERY impressed with my experience at massage envy. I don't know who the other users have had for their massages, and I realize that the experience with each massage therapist will be different, but I was FLOORED by my therapist. Espy (nickname only, for the therapists' privacy) was AMAZING, professional, and is EXTREMELY GOOD at therapeutic massage. She delivers a calm, measured massage - expert deep tissue work that doesn't HURT or feel like she's rearranging your skeleton. She sent me home with "homework", of sorts - a self-care regiment and some exercises to help keep my body from hurting me, and vice versa.

The clinic/spa... it's pretty nice. They certainly aren't cutting corners and costs on client care - the tables are comfortable, the linens are top-notch, the environment is as nice as you'd expect for an upscale spa. Free cup-o-tea, plush everything, etc.

If you had a bad experience, don't write off the clinic. Ask for a manager, explain what happened, and book an appointment with somebody else.

I don't work for the company, and although my review may sound like a shill, it's not. I'm not good enough to work for them (yet).

The first visit is $39 (as of 12/2009), if you ask for the new client special.

If you can afford the montly membership fee, it includes a free massage every month. Their prices for members are pretty reasonable, for non-members, they're about $10 over the going market price, but they're probably worth it, if you have a few bucks rattling around in your pocket.

Not good. I get spa services about once every three months but I was hoping to economize. I was hoping to stop spending $60 to $70 at other places around town. I tried Massage Envy but do not plan to go back. My masseuse was right out of school and she was not very good. I like deep tissue massages but she just was not strong enough. I guess she will improve over time but I do not want people practicing on me.

Exceptional Service to thoes who Serve. I am not one who enjoys getting pampered, so when a friend of mine tried to talking me into getting a massage, I was a little sceptical. "Wow, not what I expected" was all I could say, in a good way! The staff were polite and efficient, the masuse was prompt and helpfull, but the massage was the best part. Instead of just feeling like a rub down, I was contentfully pressed and pulled till it hurt good. The next day I felt like a new man. All the tension in my shoulders and pain in my neck was gone (just a little soreness). Worth every penny (especially on a military budget)!

Amazing!. I had an amazing massage for a very affordable price. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I have a tight schedule, and they are really great about if I have to cancel or change my appointments. I have never had a bad massage from any of the therapists. I have no complaints about any of the services I have received. In fact, all I have are testamonies of how much better I feel after each experience I've had at Massage Envy.

Great Massage for a good price. I was so impressed at the professionalism with Massage Envy. I was greeted with smiles and felt very well taken care of the moment I walked in the door. I had never been to a place like this so I was alittle nervous but the girls at the desk made sure to answer my questions and even showed me around the place before my service started. My therapist greeted me in the same manner. I saw Elena for an hour session I was in heaven. I felt like a million bucks afterwards the best part was I didn't have to pay a million bucks to feel that way. Massage Envy is a place where all walks could come in a get the treatment they not only deserve but many need without having to pay crazy prices like the rest of the Spas in the area. They sold me and I will be back on a monthly bacis. Thank you Massage Envy and Elena for making my day!!!!!

The Best Investment. I am so pleased with my decission to become a member at Massage Envy. I travel for work and find myself with tension headaches and back aches from sleeping in hotel beds. I look forward to my appointment every week as it is the beginning of my weekend and my time to relax. Each therapist I have had has given me a unique and effective massage and the hot stone massage is heaven. As a mother of a infant this is my time and that hour and 1/2 is exactly what I need. I make a point of telling everyone I know to find some time and make an appointment. The staff is very friendly and the cost of the membership just amazes me. I am used to spending $150 a massage for an hour and half and now I don't even spend half that. The best investment I have seen in these tough economic times, your health and sanity are so important. Kuddos to everyone here. See you in a week.

Response to negative review. As a co-owner of this particular Massage Envy clinic, I was very dismayed to read the Lois Marshall review and immediately attempted to rectify the situation by calling Ms. Marshall - however, no person by that name was found in our guest data base. Had I been able to locate her I could have determined the therapist she referenced in her review and immediately address the issue with her. The owners of Massage Envy in Tucson strive to create the best possible experience for everyone visiting our clinics. Had we been able to contact Lois Marshall through our data base, we would have made every effort to make up for any negative experience she might have had. Our Tucson clinics have more than 2,100 active members and we provide nearly 3,000 professional massages every month. Our experience tells us that the situation written about in this review is not the norm. We do hope – and encourage – Lois Marshall to contact us through the clinic to discuss the situation and give us an opportunity to resolve her complaint.

Awesome Massage. I have been to this massage clinic several times, so I was suprissed to read Lois Marshalls review. The clinic is beautiful and the two therapists I use have always been professional. All of my massages have been wonderful and the price is great! One of my therapists mentioned she also works at Canyon Ranch, so I guess sometimes you do get more than you pay for.

Ugh! You get what you pay for.. I will never go here again. My massage was awful. The girl smelled of alcohol and it was 3pm. Makes you wonder what she smells like at 7pm? I asked her for a deep tissue massage but she ignored me and did her own thing. I thank God that she ended my massage 9 minutes early. Take my advice and avoid this place completely!!
