unfortunate. As I read over some of the reviews, I can't help but think that my response will go unnoticed. Then again can you trust who fills these things out? Perhaps workers etc. I know that I only come on these when I am unhappy. I am actually unhappy that I am so unhappy with this place. I like the food, love the location, but the service is horrible! I have come back so many times just wishing it would be better..... I regain my patience... and I try to give it another try. Tonight was the last night. I left after 10 minutes (which is eternity when you are awkwardly sitting alone awaiting service) after I had walked 3 miles... in the heat.... only to NOT be acknowledged.... I see bottles of water on tables.... but none on mine. Thirsty... yes.... hungry... thats why I am there! being served.. acknowledged.... anything??? NO. I wish I could say this is the first time... its not... so many times have I just sat there while some servers chat behind the coffee bar, and other servers run around as if it is their first night serving. I never get napkins and silverware, I have to wait. I never get an "I am so sorry, we're busy, what can I get you" I get nothing, the workers here do not care. My burgers are always over cooked, I ask for sourdough, I get potato bun.... I get my soup after my entree sometimes, I ask for my dressing on the side and it comes on top. I am young, and a student, and this is hard for me to write because I see many friends there, even ones that work there... that is why it is so shocking to me that it never changes. I want this place to be better but there is no enforcement. I have asked a friend who had worked there before where the manager is all day/night, and there really isn't one. I have worked in so many restaurants and there is always a manager somewhere, a trained manager who has pride in their servers customer service. It is too bad that it comes to me sitting here writing this, and unfortunately for me, it doesn't even make me feel better about my experiences here.
