I do not recommend this business. It is absolutely not true that they will give you 100% satisfaction. When I was unhappy with some screens they sold and installed, I asked them to take them back and they gave me a very hard time. I had been very specific about what I needed and they ordered me something that didn't work at all. At one point one of the salesmen was yelling at me on the phone! They finally came and took out the screens - luckily I had only paid part of their bill. To take back the screens they made me sign a document releasing them from their install guarantee for all my windows that they put in. $7000 worth of windows. This was obviusly done for spite due to the fact that removing the screens had no effect on the window install. Unless your job is somehow completely smooth, these people will turn into jerks.

Very Impressed. I was visiting Tucson and stumbled upon the Open Enclose advertisement and out of curiosity, I called for directions to get a tour of their products. I am in the market for new kitchen cabinets and an entry way door. This is the place, they have great customer service, exceptional quality and over all, reasonable prices. The display home is beautiful and the staff explained the details of the craftsmanship. Overall, I was impressed with Open Enclose from start to finish. They have my business! Thank you Colt and Mark for taking time to explain everything!

Beware. These people are not to be trusted. They sent a sales associate, Jared, to our house who gave us a detailed quote for a shower enclosure replacement that was guaranteed for 30 days. 3 weeks later we decided to go with this company and they sent an installer out to take the final measurements before ordering the shower doors. To our surprise the installer had a different quote with him (higher by $80 of course). After a brief discussion with him and presenting him the initial quote he agreed on correcting the amount on the official quote which i signed and gave him a check for 50% of the total amount. A few hours later, Jared, the initial sales associate, called to tell us that they could not honor the initial quote because it was not an "official" one but rather was just an estimate and offered to either charge us another $40 and proceed with the order or refund our money and cancel the contract! After a heated discussion with Jared who was extremely rude, his boss Justin called my wife and offered to honor the signed quote. He promised that the job will be done properly and that we will be satisfied after the installation. I will follow up with another review about the installation part.

FOLLOW UP AFTER INSTALLATION:

The installation went very well. The two installers that came out there did a good job and were professional. The enclosure looks really good and we did not have any issues after the installation.
