Do not go to this salon if you want customer service. The owner Robert and the receptionist Jane are rude to customers and do not put clients #1. The attitude is this salon is not relaxed and I felt like my stylist was rushed to complete my hair. They hire people who are not Aveda certified and I have had a friend who was very unsatisfied with his hair and a girlfriend who had her color completely botched. Owner breathes down stylists necks while doing hair. Will never go here again. I've done Aveda for years and this place is not worthy.…

My husband and I have been going to Robert Markley Salon & Spa (and the closely related Barber Lounge) for years and deeply appreciate the service we have received from Robert and his staff. Robert is a true artist--kind, attentive, intelligent--and Jane, Nikki, and others are professional, patient, and courteous. Loved It!. I had been going to Gadabout for years, but have not been happy with their service lately. When I saw Robert Markley had a one day coupon on-line for a facial I bought it. After checking out their website I decided to get my hair cut and colored there as well. What a great place. Jane at the front desk was great. She was very welcoming and even gave me a tour of the salon. This was only the second time I had a facial so I was a little nervous. Ginger was just a sweethart and made me feel so comfortable. I loved the facial. Dario did my hair and I have to say I really love it! Try this salon. You won't be disapointed.…
