I heard the book was really much better than the movie, as books usually are, you can make a book endless if you wanted to but if you drag a movie out longer than 2 hours you better have high action or lots of twist. As this movie didn't have a lot of either, it still was a great movie for the family. And my 3 year old, loved it. Since she can't read the book and reading it too her probably wouldn't keep her attention as a picture book. I definantly recommend this movie all around!!! I heard there's a sequal too. I hope so....

I saw this movie with my eighth grade class because we read the book last year for our summer reading. It really surprised me not being very good at all. I was disappointed.I liked the book much better.
