satisfaction NOT guaranteed. I lost almost $200. I purchased a single rollaway bed after talking with the staff about my needs (150lb son needed the bed for 6 months) They assured me the bed would work and were pleasant and helpful. That's where customer service ended. The bed quality was POOR - the frame was weak, bent and the mattress was deformed. My son would not use it even once as it was unsafe and uncomfortable. I spoke to the owner who not only would not offer a refund, but almost accused me of using the bed and then wanting to return it without charge. When pushed, he offered to exchange for something else, but I will never return to that store again. I asked for the name of the manufacturer to register a complaint, but was given the wrong information. I guess customer service ended after they had my money. If you purchase here, try it out first! And get a guarantee in writing!
