First rate, reminds me of the "real" places back home in sweet Chicago.
Being from Chicago, it is nice to find some decent pizza "this side of the Mason Dixon". Walking distance from U of A is good for us.
Mediocre food, even worse service..
My boyfriend and I had been into Rosati's once before, and we had a long wait, so that was expected. This last time we went in, we ended up waiting for our pizza for an hour. We ordered a regular medium pizza with nothing extra. The couple that ordered before us got the wrong pizza, that was ordered right, but the kitchen staff had made a mistake on. The staff was not helpful in any way, ignored everyone in the store, carrying on theyre own personal conversations as customers standed there waiting to be helped. The manager on duty was yelling at a younger staff member in the kitchen, that we could hear from our table. The same manager, when we arrived, was out back smoking, talking on the phone. After her argument, we didnt see her again untill we left, where she was sitting out back....talking on the phone. Bottom line, we will never go there again. Food wasnt great, and the staff was horrible.
