Great schedule and classes that get you up and moving. The schedule is impressive with something for everyone. The A La Carte and All-Access pricing options makes it really easy to get up and active again.

Clean facilities and very professional/competent instructors.

Wrire this name down: Becca Franks Yamana. This pilates studio has it all: good looks, a swanky personality and fun, fun, fun.............

Each of the instructors has her own strengths--so try to reflect on your own style of learning before getting paired up with an instructor. Do you prefer someone that will pat you on the back for showing up, or someone that will poke you (with a sharp fingernail) in the back to correct your posture? There is someone that will motivate you.......Becca is the perfectionist. She will not let you get away with any slop. She does this yummy Yamana class/one-on-one which involves rolling around on a ball to massage your own muscles--it is crazy good!

Friendliest, most knowledgeable staff that I've worked with. The atmosphere is one of the best I've encountered in any workout arena. The staff know what they are doing and work thouroughly with the client for a safe, relaxing workout. The area is like a workout paradise. The services offered vary to meet each clients individual needs. I would highly recommend the Red Monkey Studio to everyone. If you're from out of town and want that great workout this is where to go
