Fool me once, shame on you.
We used coupons that arrived in the mail the day before when we got our hair cut. Their response was to itemize the "style" and "blow-dry", so we ended up paying full price. I wouldn't make a fuss over $10 but they have lost a customer because of their business practices. Too bad, I was happy with my first two haircuts and likely would have given them all my business if not for this.
