Can you give a better rating than five stars?. The most excellent and delicious food eaten in a long time!

My cousin and I drove from Vail to Tucson (Ina and I-10) because Miss Saigon was HIGHLY recommended by an expert of cuisine.

The outside of the restaurant had character and when you walked in, WOW! Very comfortable surroundings. They even had a wonderful musician, Phil Davis, playing music as we sat thru our meal.

We were greeted by all members of staff including the managers and owner. Mr. Kai Yee (manager) was especially hospitable and made sure our service was top notch!!

We started with our beverages (lychee boba is so tasty!), and quickly moved into the appetizers of the House Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce. Yum! VERY fresh, and with the combination of the sauce, together made it all just melt in your mouth! It was so fresh you could smell every ingredient as if freshly picked or processed.

Another treat for the taste buds was the second appetizer of chicken lettuce wraps. OHH MY GOODNESS!!! WOW!!! The texture of the mix was both tender and crunchy. When you scoop a bit into the piece of cool lettuce and top it with some peanut sauce, your mouth couldn't wait to receive it's goodness. FRESH, FRESH, FRESH!!

As if that wasn't enough to tease one's appetite, our meal came to the table for us to cook ourselves. We had SOOO much fun playing with our food. A burner as base with a huge soup pot on top holding a chicken broth seasoned with few spices and veggies. It was a clear broth that was ready for the fixings to be piled in.

As you wait for the steam to surface, you add spinach, cabbage/leeks and mushrooms. The veggies went in first to cook down. Then, you add the noodles, thinly sliced beef, specially made meatballs, tofu, imitation crab and large shrimp. That cooked in very little time. Which was fine because we were still eating our appetizers.

The meal was so plentiful, it could have easily fed four instead of two. That meant, LEFTOVERS!!! YAY!!!!

We can't wait to go back again and again. We want to try the entire menu!!

Thank you Mr. Yee, and everyone for making us feel so very special!! TEN STARS for MISS SAIGON!!!

Great Food. This was our second visit to Miss Saigon. We are from northern California where we have eaten in many fine Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. We have also traveled to Thailand three times.

This is a wonderful place, Last night our party of five had two thai beers, three soft drinks, calamari appetizer, tofu appetizer, prawn dish, pad thai, beef dish and an eggplant dish. Everything was very good. The tofu was the best i've had anywhere.

Total bill $75 plus tax and tip. We will be back soon. Try it for lunch.
