Not a best bet for big groups!. Tonight I visited Jnippon for the first time. We had confirmed reservations for a large party. When we arrived we realized the restaurant management did not staff accordingly when they had 2 chefs on staff for 6 tables. The chefs and servers who were present were on point during the entire evening. The only shortcoming (which is a big one) was there were not enough staff to properly serve our party. Dinner service timing was despicable. We were seated at 6:30 pm and the last table was not served dinner until shortly after 10pm. When our concerns were brought to the attention of the restaurant manager on duty he didn't take responsibility for their shortcomings and only offered a short, insincere apology for their inability to handle such a large party. If you're coming here with a large party I recommend going to another establishment!
