Will leave you stranded...not worth the "discount"

My mom made a "reservation" with this service (Tucson Phoenix shuttle). She was suppose to leave early the next morning and they called late at night to say she'd have to pay $70 to take the shuttle because there were not enough passengers for the trip. Luckily she was still able to make reservations with Arizona Shuttle, who informed me that they have no such ridiculous policy.

Complete idiots

Do not use this service. We had a reservation and they did not show up. I had to pay $330 to catch a cab to the Phoenix airport. When I called to complain, the representative that he has no boss, that he "reports to God" and that I should maybe talk to a counselor. This company is terrible, I wouldn't put Hitler in one of their cars.
