Super customer service--great experience!. I went to Diamond Eyecare because they offered a Groupon. I prefer to shop locally instead of at chain stores, so this worked out well.

I went in a few days before my appointment to pick out frames. EVERYONE in the store was very helpful, offering suggestions and opinions. CJ was the greatest! I found 2 pairs that I liked and they even offered to hold them for me until my appointment.

When I went for my appointment, the receptionists were friendly, the wait time was minimal, and Dr. Diamos was pleasant and efficient. My glasses came in within a few days, sooner than they had predicted.

Overall, great service, good selection of frames, and a super experience. I will definitely be going back to Diamond Eyecare!!

Reasonable service; only got spectacles. I did not see the optometrist so I cannot comment on that. I only got spectacles. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful with my vision insurance. The office manager Stephanie Fernandez was snarky and seemed only concerned about getting my money rather than providing good service. But I got the spectacles as I wanted in three weeks.

Best Eye doctor I ever had fantastic service. Dr. Diamos is the best. Solved both my eyeglass problems and contact lens issues. Wow wish I had found her earlier in life. Great service. Celena got what I needed and even exceeded my expectations. Love the selection of glasses really different and cost effective. I recomend them to everyone I meet. Go see her.
