This client had indeed no showed for an appointment and 3 days later cancelled 1 hr before her appointment. I offered her a walk-in status as a customer but due to no show and cancellation she would no longer be able to make appointments. She drove down here to confront me and I offered to she her the computer system where she had indeed cancelled and no-showed. Not only for me as a stylist, but she had also scheduled her daughter with another stylist and of course did not bring her in either. We are a very busy salon and it can take up to 2 weeks for a client to get an appointment with me. When a client books out $200 in services, and over 2 hours of time and does not show up, it is a problem. This client drove down to confront me after our receptionist clearly explained nicely the entire situation. This is when I suggested she find a new stylist, and I would be happy to refer her to another salon. I understand missing one appointment. But not showing up just 2 days later when we fit you in is another thing. We offer you to make your own decision. Check our web site PSTucson dot com Thanks ~ Juliette

My experience with this salon owner was so bad that I don't recommend anyone going to this salon. I called up to make an appointment about a week ago and was told due to perpetual rescheduling and cancellation on the same day I couldn't make an appointment on the phone. I was floored because up until this point I thought I had been a good client. I have never missed or rescheduled an appointment with the owner Juliette. I said “This is ridiculous there has been a mistake” and asked to speak with the owner who wouldn’t come to the phone. I am a multiracial female with long, very curly hair so extra time is needed when scheduling to get my hair done properly and in most cases extra money. It has been a very frusterating experience trying to find a stylist that can do my hair right. Stylist take a look at my hair when it’s dry and straight and become overly confident on how much hair a truly have, then after they wash it and start to dry it they realize that I have enough hair for a whole other person. They get tired very quickly and I usually walk out of the salon in tears or in a great deal of pain due to their struggle in getting my hair straight. I confronted the owner in person and she told me the computer said I had missed 2 appts. I then told her I had never rescheduled or missed an appt. that I computer was wrong. Her suggestion was that I find a new salon. I guess my hair was too much for her to handle or she just didn’t want to continue styling my hair. That is fine with me but I prefer the direct approach rather to make up a lie. I have gone to numerous salons over the years and I have never been treated like that before, by the owner no less. My suggestions are some classes in customer service or politeness.

Cons: Poor customer service
