Disapointed. I was very disappointed in the service I received while Arico was replacing the water line into my house. 1) They left my front yard a muddy mess. They poured muddy water that came from the water jet process all down my drive way and made no attempt what so ever to clean it up. The place was left with mud and trash all over, The was only a very minimal attempt to clean up 2) They Stole 20 dollars worth of pluming parts that I purchased at Lowes to make a temporary water connection to my house. This is one of the few things they cleaned up, I give the crew credit for installing a new water facet. THANK YOU very much for doing that

Inferior Work and products. If I could I'd give them zero stars. In 2009 they replaced our condenser and the coil. Cost us over $4,000. So in April of 2011 the coil goes bad and the repairman spends ALL day replacing just the coil. Since he was out ALL day the charge was over $800 in labor. He also said that we were missing the fan on our heating unit. NOW the only people who have worked on our unit is Cummings so they must have broken it off. But want to charge us to replace it. NO husband will do.

Now July 2011 the unit is blowing out only warm air AND they want to charge me $95 for a service call. NO. I'm finding somebody else. So if anybody knows who is good PLEASE LMK cause I'm not letting Cummings take anymore of my money.

SCAM!. Friends, Times are tough, so watch your back! We thought our AC needed some freon since it was not blowing cold air...the hottest year in Tucson since 1995! Cummings said they needed to clean the coils, add a compressor kick start and seal many rusty holes in the coils. They billed me $950.00 (with a "senior" discount...I am 42!!!) and told me we would either need to repair and rebuild a TVP valve for $1200.00 that MIGHT live a couple years more OR take the smart route and replace the AC for $6000.00.

Cummings left...our AC was in the same shape and still blowing hot air until we would "commit to having that valve repaired it would not be cold"... from what Cummings told me. He also sat in his truck for 45 mins on the phone in air conditioning and charged me that time!

...So we called AGAVE Heating and Cooling who came over within an hour. David from Agave fixed our AC for $75.00 and let us know that our filter was the wrong size and dirty. Cleaned the coils (which Cummings had charged for) and let us know that our AC was now blowing colder air than a new one he had put in yesterday. Not only did Cummings bill me for items that they did not fix, they also tried to scam us into buying a whole new unit. Thank you Agave Heating and Cooling! You were honest and saved us $6000.00!! The AC is working like a charm...SHAME ON YOU CUMMINGS! I just found out that this also happened to one of our clients a couple months ago!

Not Good. Had Cummings out to check the heat pump cause the a/c was not working. The tech did not tell me he "unplugged" the system and when the cold temps hit, thought I was w/o heat. He never told me it needed plugged in again. Went t hru most of the winter w/o heat. Terrible company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Avoid Cummings. My heat pump was not cooling properly and the service tech with Cummings believed it needed refrigerant. After he began adding refrigerant, the compressor would not stay on. He said it was overheating and said he'd return the next day after it cooled off. The problem persisted on the second day and he then said it must have a clogged valve. I decided to cut my losses, pay them for the work (about $260), and hire another company.



A different tech from another company found that Cummings had overcharged the system with refrigerant and the pressure switch was causing the compressor to cut out. He restored pressure levels to their proper value and the compressor ran fine (cost = $240). The system needed a TXV valve and was never short on refrigerant. Luckily Cummings did not destroy the system through its overpressurization.



I requested a refund from Cummings in writing. Several weeks later I am still waiting for a response. They are totally incompetent.

Very professional. Happy with results.. We have used Arico Plumbing twice. First, we used them for a minor problem and they did a good job.

Most recently, we called them because we had a clogged drain. They came out and did everything they needed to do. They were very professional.

I would recommend Arico. My experience with them was positive and the price was reasonable.

Courteous and efficient. Quality work.. Arico Plumbing did the plumbing for my entire house, from the bathrooms to the kitchen.

I was very impressed with them. They took the time to do an efficient and quality job, which is rare anymore.

They were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They also were very informative. I would ask questions and they took the time to answer them. They explained what they were doing and gave me feedback.

Arico Plumbing cares about the job they are doing. After they completed the work, they double-checked to make sure that everything was re-fastened and secure.

My plumbing is working so much better now. Arico was honest and did quality work. You don't get that kind of service anymore. I would definitely recommend them.
