Fixed My Wiggling Toilet. John did a nice job screwing down my old toilet. He gave me a senior discount too. I will recommended you to my friends John.
Disapointed. I was very disappointed in the service I received while Arico was replacing the water line into my house. 1) They left my front yard a muddy mess. They poured muddy water that came from the water jet process all down my drive way and made no attempt what so ever to clean it up. The place was left with mud and trash all over, The was only a very minimal attempt to clean up 2) They Stole 20 dollars worth of pluming parts that I purchased at Lowes to make a temporary water connection to my house. This is one of the few things they cleaned up, I give the crew credit for installing a new water facet. THANK YOU very much for doing that…
Very nice scheduling. The young lady that took my call was helpful and very courteous. That is a nice commodity in business these days.
Trickery. I don't like the fact that they use word play, about charges. I called them up, and was told thier hourly charges were, $5900 the first half hour, $69.00 the second hour, one hour mininum. Now if I wasn't paying attention, I would think, this little job was going to be $59.00, but after doing the math it turned out it was going to be $93.50 for them to show up. Not happy with the misleading over the phone.…
BAD FOR BUSINESS. My water heater was acting up, so I called and asked the gal on the phone how much it would be for someone to come out and look at it. She stated it was $39.00 for a trip charge and if we went with them it would be what ever the charge was depending on the repair. If we didn't go with them then it would be the $39.00 trip charge. WELL $110.00 later !!!!!!! for him to tell me it was 100% bad, I all of a sudden needed a brand new water heater! (which I didn't) So from $39.00 to $110.00??!!! A waist of time and my money, they are NOT upfront with how much you will be charged. I was told it was a flat $39.00...!!!! Very dishonest company!!! They will tell you what they want you to hear on the phone, then when someone comes out it's a whole new story! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE.…
