Thanks!!!. A friend recommended me to AAG after my front windshield was hit by a rock. The prices were reasonable, but best of all they came right to my house. What business do you know that will make house calls anymore!?…
Window tint. I took my new car (had it for less than a week with less that 200 miles on it) to have the windows tinted. I found the employees to be helpful in picking out the color and the darkness of the tint BUT I had an employee call me after I left to tell me that the windshield had a chip in it. I asked how can that be when it was a brand new car. He told me "Well you should have it repaired or a brand new windshield in your new car then" I told him to tint the windows and we would take it up with the dealership after. I went back to the shop after hanging up the phone and asked to see the chip. He said "Oh, you may not be able to see it when the car isn't in the sun". We could not find any chip or any problem with the windshield. I have to say that the window tint job turned out good and no problems so far. I told them when I paid my bill that I didn't appreciate the employee calling and telling me a lie. Bottom line is walk around your car with an employee noting any problems so there are no surprises later. BE CAREFUL of this place.…
Highly recommended!. Friendly, professionals, competent, efficient and... gentlemen! Thanks so much for replacing my front windshield last Friday! Highly recommended!
These guys are total con artists! Don't trust them!. WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! This place is not to be trusted. They seem overall nice in person, but I brought my car over there recently to get the tinting redone. They quoted me $150, which seemed like a fair price. Once they got my car in the bay, I waited in their lobby for about 30 mins before they said they wanted to show me some stuff on my car. They pointed out a scratch/gouge on my rear windshield that was not there before, as I am VERY meticulous about my vehicle. The damage was obviously done by a flathead screwdriver or some other tool. Then they told me I had a crack in my windshield, which was not there before it went into the bay, because the crack was clear as day from the driver seat once I sat right back in the car, and spent the last 30 mins beforehand driving there. If that were there before, there isn't a chance I wouldn't have noticed it (not to mention the crack spread to over 16" several hours later). Of course they offered to replace both windshields (cost roughly $450), which I obviously declined. I took the vehicle to another glass place, and they inspected my windshield and said they had drilled a small hole in my windshield to simulate a rock chip. Bottom line is that I'm now out $250 for a windshield that was perfect when I brought it to them, and the damage they did to the rear windshield I'll have to live with. The bottom line is while they offer competetive prices it isn't worth the risk. I'd put my trust in anyone before these guys. I took pictures and documented it to my insurance company, and these people will be investigated...…
Good job done. I needed my windows tinted and my friend told me about these guys so i went ahead and took my car. They did such a good job, no creases, or bubbles. Every thing looks great.
