Awesome property Manager. I have used a couple of other property management companys and it was a horrible experiance. I have been w/Imagine Realty the last 4 years and it has been a wonderful experiance. The broker Ginny Huffman has been a great asset and full of very good information. There office manager is awesome!!! If Ginny is not available the office manager is very helpful and all my needs. Overall experiance has been the best experiance and I would highly recomend this company!!!

Steer Clear of Imagine Realty & Ginny Huffman. I would not recommend Ginny Huffman or Imagine Realty to my worst enemy. They are a bushleague operation. They have no vendors of their own, their communication is poor to say the least, and they do only what is in the best interest of their pocketbook. They are vindictive and argumentative. They do not do what they say they are going to do. I did not hire a management company, so that I could manage them AND the property. They are not proactive by any stretch of the imagination.
