Results of a CAT scan caused a referral to Dr. Cheleuitte at Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists. I am an avid hiker and swimmer. Dr. Cheleuitte advised an MRI that led to a diagnosis of a ruptured foot tendon. He performed a successful operation in which my tendon was reconstructed. After surgery, I used a wheelchair, then crutches for a while, to stay off the foot. My foot and the tendon healed well. Today, I again enjoy hiking and swimming, all without pain. I'm happy with the bedside manner of Dr. Cheleuitte. He is a great orthopedic surgeon and a very caring person.

Dr. Cheleuitte is very professional. His wait time in the office is minimal. His office staff are great. His new practice is called Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists. He is no longer at Tucson Orthopaedic Institute.
