Good Experience. I have been going to this salon for years to see Rebekah and recommend her to everyone I know. She always does a wonderful job with my color and cut. The salon is clean and has great displays of Aveda products.

Owner is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!. Terrible service!!!! I was given a gift certificate for a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure from this spa for Christmas. When I tried to use the gift certificate, I was told that they didn’t have a massage therapist or nail tech and that they would try to find someone to “float”. Three weeks later, no return phone call. I stopped in the salon and talked to the owner, who was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. She said she could honor the value of the gift certificate for her other services. When I asked what the other services were, she said “we do hair”. I don’t know anyone who needs $300 worth of hair cuts. I asked for a refund and was told “NO” in the most forceful way I’ve ever been spoken to. There was no apology and no appearance on her part that she actually cared that she couldn’t provide the services.

Nice products but nasty hairdresser. Only let the girls do your color, that guy in there is super weird! I think his name is Michael. All he talks about is what a dooshbag his girlfriend is. I was like OK Seriously? OMG! Gat About is better.

this is my new favorite salon!. I also bought the certificate they offered and loved it. I raised my concern of a review I read and they assured me it was not a true account of how they are. and they proved it!!!! I love this place. I got a lot of spa sevices for a really good price! and these are services that were amazing! I've been to a lot of spas and salons all over the country and not one of them compared to this tucson gem! it is a smaller team that all work together in a very busy salon. they treated me like I was a friend in their house! I would never go anywhere else!

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE...VERY RUDE!!!. What a horrible experience visiting this place! I bought the certificate and wanted to make appointments, but basically got yelled by the owner that I can't make appointments on weekends because I am using the certificate (while I saw bunch of ppl holding the certificate getting their treatment and it was a saturday). The owner said in a very rude manner and loud voice to me that they don't make any money on these certificates, they were just promoting and wanting to bring-in new customers. If they don't make money then don't sell the certificates!!! It is not my fault that they don't make money so don't yell at me. And this is how they treat their NEW CUSTOMERS??? by yelling and treating them like dirt? I am lost....I bought the certificate to get some spa treatment...not being treated like junk...worst of all, i also bought my best friend the same certificate, I called her and found out that she was also very upset with the owner and her attitude...but didn't want to let me know coz I gave her the certificate as a Christmas gift...oh I wish I never bought these certificates to this terrible salon.

Great facial in a relaxing environment. Nicole give a wonderful facial. I've been going regularly and really notice a difference in the condition of my skin. It's a wonderful, relaxing way to pamper yourself after a long day at work. Give her a try! You'll love it and so will your skin.

the best salon in tucson!!!!!. I went in for a spa day and it was fabulous! I had a pedicure, a hair color application, a hair cut, a facial and an eyebrow wax. I love how I can go in and pamper myself and come out feeling like a new woman!!! I love this place!

Josephine is beyond great with hair!. I had orangy highlights done somewhere else. Then I went to Tredici and Josephine knew right away with confidence what to do to fix it. She not only fixed the color with "low-lights" she called it, but she got rid of the orangy color and evened my layers. I am so releived to finally find someone who knows hair.

They hsve aveda. Tredici Salon and Day SPa carries the Aveda Product Line. The shampoos are great and my hair seems healthier.
