Pho not great, but the Spring rolls are good.. I just tried Pho 88 last night hoping for some really great Pho after being in Vietnam for the past couple of weeks. I was pretty disappointed. The beef was fatty, the broth was not as clear as it should have been. The spring rolls were really good though.
