Good food, wonderful service. After being transferred back to Tucson, the first place we went for dinner was the Bamboo Club. This is such a unique place. The food is usually scrumptious. The servers are sooooo pleasant, always cheerful and quite attentive. This is a super neat place to go for a great lunch or a romantic evening dinner. The owner and manager, Paul, or his assistant, Mary Ellen, are always there to make sure all goes right. Enjoy!!!
GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!. the place is very nice , service is wonderful, and the food delicious. i would go back again and again..and i would recommend to friends and family.
Terrible service, terrible food, terrible management. This is the worst bar/restaurant that I've been to in six years of living in Tucson. The bar is packed with little kids, and the bar manager Gary was actually bragging that he had been convicted of DUI nine times!!!! How could someone that irresponsible be left in charge of bar service? The food is overpriced and the waitstaff are borderline retards. Don't waste your time!
Lovely food and service. We have eaten here many times, last weekend was our last time. We have taken family, friends, and just outselves and all agree the food is great, the seating very comfortable and private. It is a little loud at times, due to a lot of hard surfaces which is the only reason I rated it a little low in the good for romance area. But the service is always excellent, the food is fantastic and consistent.
What a nice change.
We had heard good things about the Bamboo Club in Tucson and finally gave it a try. I called and made a reservation. We took advantage of the free valet service. Inside, we were promptly seated. The atmosphere reminded us of something out of Casablanca, lots of black, green, pillows and candles. Our waiter was attentive and helpful in explaining the menu, which is quite varied. We had lettuce wraps as our appetizer. I honestly don't know how they get the lettuce to be that crispy. I think I can safely say that all agreed the food was great, and there was plenty of it. The favorite in our group was the Mandarin Chicken with crispy spinach leaves. The flambeed berries were a perfect finish to our dinner.
We all agreed it was worth coming back!!
two horrible experiences. i've been to the bamboo club twice and have been disappointed both times. I have had reservations for ten and they lost the reservation. They made up for it in general good food that time but i took my girlfriend there for valentine's day and they lost the reservations again! that specific night the service was horrible and food was bad. i'm never going back.
