Wonderful Experience.
I went to Great Clips on Broadway. Everyone said Hi welcome to great clips! I felt very welcomed right away. I waited a short time. The manager was the one to cut my hair and she did an excellent job. I will definately be returning! I read the last review. That was not my experience at all.

Worst Haircut of my Life.
I entered the shop with a pageboy style that needed reshaping. I left with a mullet. The stylist (Kristin or Kirsten) was scary crazy. She hissed complaints in my ear about the manager who was working 2 chairs over. She was really really hyper manic.
And when I expressed my dismay over the butchered cut she went wild and lost her temper with me, "You hated your hair before!" she said. "You have thin, straight hair! Maybe you needed a razor cut! The cut is FINE."
She had been there 4 months so maybe she bounces from place to place. She is 39 and assured me she had been cutting hair for 18 years. How can anyone stay employed who is not just incompetent but scary rude crazy too?
PLEASE stay away from this salon. Learn from me - I should have left when she started whispering complaints to me (a total stranger) or when she assured me that "I have exactly the same training as the stylists at Gadabout." Er..so how come you're not working there???
