THIS COMPANY HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER AND STILL HARASSED ME I TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE WAKING UP MY BABY WHEN THEY KEPT CALLING ...LUKE BLACK STATED TO ME I DONT GIVE A FUC* THAT YOU HAVE A BABY...RAW WOW I WANTED TO JUMP THREW THE PHONE...THEY ARE TOTALY UNPROFESSIONAL IF ONLY THEY WERE LOCAL..LOL ANY HOW I FEEL SORRY FOR LUKES FAMILY HOW EMBARASSING...HE SOUNDED REAL UNHAPPY WITH HIS LIFE...WHO ACTS THAT WAY..YOU WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO SOMEONE IN THE END...ALL OVER THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER YOU SURE ARE A REAL WINNER.... …
A-HOLES!!!!. THESE THUGS ARE COMPLETE JACKA%$ WITH NO MORALS, ETHICS, OR CLASS. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. AFTER MANY WEEKS OF HARASSING PHONE CALLS TO MY STORE, AND AVOIDING THE "TUSCON AZ" PHONE NUMBER ON OUR CALLER ID, THE LAST STRAW WAS WHEN THIS ONE PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL THREATENED MY TEENAGE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FINALY CALLED THE A-HOLE BACK, ASKED HIM HOW HE SLEPT AT NIGHT THREATENING TEENAGERS, TOLD HIM TO BACK OFF, AND CUSSED HIM OUT TILL HE GOT THE MESSAGE!!!! WHOEVER THESE PEOPLE ARE, NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND LOCKED UP. THEY CROSSED A LINE, IF NOT MULTIPLE, AND FROM WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE FROM OTHER REVIEWS, THEY SHOULD BE GETTING WHAT THEY DESERVE IN THE NEAR FUTURE! …
FRAUD STAY AWAY UNETHICAL. Absolutely unbelievable lack of ethics. I've dealt with numerous collection agencies over time, but have never heard such filth. You'll wish you'd never heard the name. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Holy smokes, there aught to be a law against this kind of stuff. They call and because we don't want to use their service, they berate you on the phone. They call everyday, sometimes more than once a
day. At first, they act like they have done some business with you in the past or that they are returning your call. After a few times you figure out they are just trying to sell you something and then you learn it's their collection services. When you tell them you are not interested, they call back. They really harass you.

Request that Collectors Stop Contacting You
You can send a letter to request that collection agencies stop contacting you.
Keep a copy of the letter for your records. It is best to send the letter by certified mail, return receipt requested so that you can prove the collectors received the letter.
Debt collects are required to honor this request. After the collectors receive this letter, they may only contact you once more to indicate they received your letter, or that they intend to pursue legal remedies. After that, they can no longer contact you.
So, I think every person and business on the planet should send these people such a letter.

rude & angry solicitor, Cory Hicks unreachable via email.
This afternoon, I was harassed by one of Cory Hicks' solicitors named "Zack" just because I did not want to listen to his sales pitch.
The conversation was simple and I was not upset at the time we spoke.
The Scenario:
He called, I answered; he launched into his spiel. He did not introduce himself, he tried to be "familiar" and asked how I was doing this afternoon. I informed him that I could see that he was calling from Cory Hicks Associates and I asked if his call was concerning "IT." He sort of said "Yes" and tried again to go into his spiel. At this point I told him that I had not been in the IT Dept. for 16 months. When he asked whom he should speak to, I gave him the email address for the IT Dept., i.e., it@micromeritics
At this point he tried to launch into his spiel again... I asked if he was just trying to sell something and he said, "No." I said, "Good! Good-bye" and I then hung up the phone.
Zack proceeded to call me three more times in a row. I ignored the calls assuming he would go to voice mail and leave me a "loving" message... the first two times he did not leave a message. The third time he did.... I reviewed the first few seconds of the message and did not want to hear anymore. That's when I went on-line and located Cory G. Hicks' address for an email. I sent an email to Mr. Hicks and it bounced back as "this account is disabled for the recipient."
Just thought ya'll should know that Zack is a good prospect for advancement to the position of "Bill Collector." He is certainly qualified in the "rude & angry" category. If you want to hear the voice mail Zack left me, I saved it with the date & time.
