What happened to this place. This used to be the place to go .. now it is a run down place and then the food was terrible. The customer service was also terrible.. It seemed like there was just one lady in there and she was very rude. I have been there many times years ago, but I will never ever go back..

Disappointed. My family & I went to this buffet in the early days of it's opening. I recently went back and was very disappointed before I even got in the door- it looked run down and not taken care of. We had such great memories there I had to give it a chance. Where did all the tentive waiters go that used to be there before? it was like a ghost town literally. The food had gone down hill so bad - the mongolian bbq wasnt well cared for and even missing items from before.

We left disappointed just to give it 1 more try today, and needless to say we have put Maxim behind us now. We will make new memories eles where. We had been in Canada and we were looking forward to coming back to a familiar place, but how sad- I wouldn't recommend it to anyone these days.

Best chinese I've ever had!. I love this place. Great chinese buffet plus an excellent Mongolian barbecue. The staff is always courteous and prompt. The food is always fresh and great tasting. They do offer a 10 % military discount as well.
