Really Great service! Fantastic Value! The billing was clear and reasonable. The drivers were on time, or even a bit early which is so important when you're dealing with getting to and from the airport. I will definitely use again and would reccomend them without hesitation.

If you need a prompt,reliable and professional company for your transportation needs, Diamond Transportation is a wonderful resource for you. When I'm staying in Tucson for a visit, I use this company for frequent local trips. They always pick me up on time, the drivers are friendly. I especially like the lady dispatcher. I can count on them, and that is a valuable service. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Great vehicles, nice drivers! My husband and I stayed at the Omni Resort last month and used Diamond Transportation to get picked up at the airport, taken to dinner, and go back to the airport. The black sedans seemed more like limos and the drivers were well dressed and friendly. Thank you!

DO NOT USE!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!. A large groep of us were going to dinner from one of the resorts in Oro Valley. 6 adults and 12 kids. The resort called this company to transport us and told them we had 20 people.

A 14 person van showed up and the driver took all 18 of us to the restaurant with no problems. He then tells me that we give him a call 15 minutes before we need him to get back.

When I call the female dispatcher, who's child is crying in the background and is the spouse of the driver, she tells me that the driver told her there were more people than he knew in the van. So it would cost us DOUBLE to get back to our resort. She would not concede the driver made a mistake and thus take care of us. At one point she was rude enough to make a comment about an adult drinking alcohol around children.

DO NOT USE THESE EXTORTIONISTS!!!!!!

Diamond Transportation Has High Quality Service. I had a family emergency, and Diamond transportation was able to pick up all my family members, and take a lot of stress away. I had early pick ups because many of my family members were leaving very early in the morning, and I was nervous they would miss their flights. They are very professional and have good customer support and quick pick up time when you need them. I was very satisfied with their quality of service. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!. DO NOT USE DIAMOND TRANSPORTATION!!!!!

After confirming my pick up the day before my wedding they still did not show up leaving me and my husband stranded at our wedding reception.

To make matters worse when we called them to find out what what was going on they said that I never confirmed it, basically calling me a liar!

They said that they had been trying to contact me for two days to confirm the pick up. The only call that I ever got from them was from 8:00pm the night of my wedding. Who calls someone in the middle of their wedding reception and expects them to answer the phone especially after the pick up was confirmed the day before. I got the message on my cell phone after the wedding!

They are nonprofessional and nonreliable.
