Had breakfast today with hair in my
wifes chorizo. I told her it was probably hers. Next bite she ran to the bathroom and got sick! The waitress was terribly insensitive. Kept asking to see the hair with NO apology whatsoever. She just kept saying "I don't see the hair!" but no apology. Then asked what I expected her to do about it. I said comp her meal. At this point I was upset. Hair in food happens her attitude should have been different. I should have just walked out. She rewrote the bill and tossed it on our table with attitude. We go out 4-5 times a week and in 50 years have never asked a meal to be comped. Jerry Bobs should work on their sensitivity training. Not every customer is trying to screw you!!
