Sleep and Lung Centre

I had a sleep study done and found out that I have chronic insomnia. I have had to call the office a couple of times, and as we speak I'm still on hold, only to be put on hold and never have them pick up the phone again. When I do call back and get to talk to someone I've been told that they will "talk to the Dr" and get right back to me. I did this on Friday morning and it is now Tuesday afternoon and I'm calling them back!! When people have sleep problems getting the infomation you need or the prescription you need is vital. The office staff certainly need some more training! I'm not sure that I would go back to Dr. Puri as he didn't have anything different to tell me that my regular GP hasn't already said!

Worst Doctor's Office

I absolutely dreaded going to Pima Lung & Sleep. The office staff confused me with another patient, cancelled an appointment by mistake, and, I believe, lied to me about receiving referrals/medical records. They treated waiting patients with indifference bordering on rude, and had loud conversations inappropriate for work for the entire waiting room to hear. And I'm not alone--TWO friends of mine had similar experience and also dread their appointments. I was able to switch to Tucson Pulmonolgy, and I'm so glad I did.

- Cons: Office staff is completely incompetent and not professional

Best Doctor I've ever known. Amazing how opinions differ, but the other person who complained about him is all wet in my book. No office I have ever seen takes time to research new patients like him or to offer electronic accessibility to handle paperwork issues without coming into the office. He's Great! Office staff is very helpful and most know how to communicate with patients who speak Spanish primarily. He has been given super reviews all over the state; but you can't judge people without your own experience to back it up. His fees are fine with my insurance carrier, so I would have a hard time complaining about office charges if I were happier because some doctors get paid less for less service. That's why I have insurance.
