Who are these people? They've been calling me for a few days now and I don't answer the phone for people I don't know. I don't have an account with them. I don't have any collections going -- that I'm aware of! They don't leave messages. That's rude. Yes, a lack of professionalism.
As long as you dont deal......... With June. She is extremely rude. Would not work with me for anything. The 2 other women I dealt with were really nice and were able to assist me in a payment. June on the other hand was rude and obnoxious. Hung up on me numerous times.
I told them how much I could pay and there was no argument. I knew I had debt and said what I can budget. There was an instant agreement and no haggling. It was as easy as calling the number given. I do wish there were more mailed bills updating me on how much I have already paid and how much I still owe. Other than that, I know if they want my money I know I can give it on my terms, I assume as long I am intending to pay.
YOU PEOPLE ARE DEADBEATS. You people are not "entitled" to any appropriateness or professionalism, nor does your opinion of any collectors proffesionality count. If indeed the debt was not yours it is not the companies responsibility to clear it up via credit reporting agencies and original client, IT"S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. If they rolled over everytime a deadbeat cried foul, they would be out of business. The fact is I GUARANTEE most of you owe money, and this isn't the only collection company chasing your trashy ass. The fact that you are complaining means they are effective and doing their job. And also....YOU don't get to choose anymore, you're stuck dealing with them till YOU get it cleared up. GROW UP AND PAY YOUR BILLS!

P. works with me and understands. If it wasn't for P. they would be sitting on this debt. I will only speak with P. because the other people there are morons. He flat out told me to speak with him alone.
That said I have to rate this company as an epic failure. I lucked out and was assigned to a good rep. Everyone else I've spoken with is dumber than a rock.
Rude and very disrespectful. I called these people back, grant it i do owe some money. I tried to explain I'm in a middle of a divorce with children. I explained that i do have full intentions on making payment after my divorce is final and I will not know what my payment will look like until approx 30 days from now. the lady (JUNE) indicated she didn't care and that my payment will be well over what i make monthly. June was Very rude, disrespectful and very cold hearted. She was also threatning and that is not how people do business, especially not knowing who's on the other end.
Tim and JUNE Very RUDE, Inappropriate and Un-Professional. I called in to pay my hospital bill sent to collections..after being put on hold continuously, I spoke to TIM the "account manager" I offered to make 4 monthly payments, and he flat out refused my offer, I told him I could not afford any more, and he said "I don't Care", I asked to speak to a Supervisor, JUNE came on the phone, she was worse than TIM, she refused my offer for payment, spoke to me like I was 3 years old, and told me to be quiet, and I told her to speak to me like an adult, I do have a college education after all, she replied " Well good for you (My Name), then you should be able to figure out how to pay your bill!" I will Never pay them a cent, I do not trust them. I will call my original creditor and pay directly. I am also going to complain to the Better B B. RUDE and Ignorant people...they must be miserable people, working for minimum wage.
Surety Acceptance-unbeliveable practices!!. Not recommended!! I was calling to pay a Tep Electric bill for $65 that I overlooked after moving in with my fiance. The rep asked me where I am currently living, so I verfied my PO Box thinking he wanted my mailing address. Well I Guessed WRONG. He was extrememly rude and asked "How do you get electric power?" I asked how that is relevant to my calling up to pay this bill,he was even MORE rude and said that he has the "power" to turn off the electric from where I am living because I have not paid this bill!! Ok, so I can TRY to understand this policy IF I owed a $500 bill, and I was now a harbored fugitive(in their eyes) because I now live with someone else and THEIR name is on the electric, BUT I do NOT owe that much money, nor do I feel it is LEGAL for this collection agency to ask for a current address in order to cause problems with WHOMEVER I may be living with because TEP wants to get paid!! Just like all other creditors out there TEP has to go through the same hoops, right? If I dont pay my credit card bill, they don't call the water co. and hang me out to dry!! So it gets or worse. I dont even want to talk to this crazy guy about the legalities of this any more I just want to PAY the thing,its a $10 charge for cards so I ask about a check over the phone.This guy proceeded to talk down to me and tell me I COULD mail it in MA'AM! -OR- I could CALL BACK and talk to someone else if I'd like. If I'd like? Why would I like to call back I just want to pay this bill, so I asked two more times about a check over the phone and he finally said he could take a check at no charge but he doesn't WANT TO and so he is going to transfer me to someone else!! The next woman (sabrina) was very nice and said she would TALK to him. WOW is it really that hard to hire people these days? The worst part is that I feel that I am somehow paying for this guy to be this rude to me-I pay TEP, who pays this company, who hired THIS guy and he doesn't WANT TO take my payment! GREEAAAT!!
A big waste of time. No Help at all! Just a Big waste of time. Bad Listeners! Rude! Any company Using this agency should check to make sure the customer they are seeking isnt because of Fraud first. A top way to make a bad name. This has been ridiculas! This agency is not interested in being right but just rude.

I just got a letter from this agency about a medical bill that I incurred while living in Tucson, they said as stated:
You counted on our client to be there when you needed their help and they were, They treated you based on your promise to pay your bill, if you would like to discuss an agreeable means of resolving this debt ,please contact us, We will advance your account 7 days in anticipation of hearing from you.
First of all in order for a person to receive treatment, they would be require to sign a form to agree to pay or else you don't get treatment, is that a promise to pay, or a requirement to pay? secondly, I waited in the lobby of the hospital for nine hours in pain before being seen, were they really there for me? it seems more like I was there for them. Thirdly AHCCCS was supposed to pay for this even though I wasn't approved at the time I applied, they sent me a letter stating that I was approved for a one time visit if I had incurred bill before my approval date, this was it, and whose to say if AHCCCS already made a payment and they want me to pay to. double payment. They need to leave me alone
