This dealer is very dishonest and deseptive. My wife and i went in to by her a new bike, and we told the salemen that we did not want any added insurance, or warrantees multiple times. My wife liked the bike, and decided to buy it. They did the paper work and added a $2,000.00 warrantee to the contract. the finance guy went over the all the figures, skipping right over the $2,000.00 warrenty add on. he also went over the itrest rate. We had to go to the bank to get some cash for the down payment and we talked about the deal and added up the numbers and came up $2,000.00 less than they did. when we got back we brout that to there attention and they tryed to tell us that the intrest rate would be affective if we did not get the warrantee. we told them we where unhappy with what they tryed and the finance guy said that it was a mistake and he would correct it. we told him multiable times befor he ran the figure that we did nit what it. but he obviously not listening to the customer and was more interested in his commision. they ultimatly re ran the numbers and got a lower intrest rate. i had go in to buy a atv earlier and they had tryed to pull the same crap, so i went to another dealer and saved over $1,500.00 on my atv purchase for the same thing. i had taken my CBR in for service there and they tryed some more crap with me. i told the service depart ment to deal with the wiring issue first then the other repairs since that would have determand if the bike was worth fixing. they did about $800.00 worth of repairs before that. i ultimatley took my bike out of there and to Musselmens where they where very honest with me. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER TO MY DOG.

RideNow on INA. I've been to this store now 5 seperate times. The first time my Royal Star Venture was still under the 5 year warrenty. After the work was completed the problem had been fixed. However over a period of time I found wrong hardware was installed or missing. A special nut used on the header pipe was replaced with a common nut. Difference being a garden verity item compaired to a $5.00 item. I assumed they did not have it in stock. Another was two missing crome buttons used on button screws.

Another visit they did have a button screw I needed but not the plastic washer which is used along with it. Another visit I needed a special exaust gasket which had been crushed from an improper installation. They didn't have it and didn't offer seeing if the other store may have one. Just indicated it would take a week to aquire. I found one on Ebay $5.00 cheaper with inclusive shipping..

Now for the reason I am writing this review I needed a gasket for a cover, which should be a common item, again it would take week to get it. I had to ask if the other store may have one which they didn't, but there was no effort to see if one was available in town.

I was able to get the gasket from an after market company in the midwest in three days.

Bottom line, all of Yamaha riders were assured Ridenow would support the product when they bought out Eastside Cycle where I bought my first bike back in 1965. It appears that was BS!

You have my business. In my opinion the staff at Ride now have always gone the extra mile for me. I have also sent some friends and family members in to buy bikes. Aside from getting the gift card I feel good about the referrals because we all ride together now and everyone has always had a good experience also. I did have a buddy who had a bad experience in the past so I got him hooked up with the manager of the store. He now has good things to say.

This dealer is dishonest and will try and scam you!. I was selling my bike and had several offers on it from private buyers and the used bike sales manager, Jeff, called me and said he would match it and offer me and extra $50 on top. I told him I had other people ready to buy the bike right then and I didn't want to tell them no and then the dealer back out and end up giving me a different price. He gave me this speech about how they are a dealer and they don't do things like that and they have a "reputation to uphold" so he gave me his guarantee that he would buy the bike for the price he said he would. When I got down there he started telling me all these things that were wrong with the bike that could clearly be seen in the ad that I posted and then he offered me something much lower than what he promised. All he had to say was "I can't make a serious offer on the bike until I look at it." Instead Jeff just told me exactly what I wanted to hear and didn't give a crap about his word at all. The bottom line is these people scam you and have no integrity. Do not believe anything they tell you or take their word for it. Unless you have it in writing they won't stick to it.

Ridenow Powersports Tucson 22nd st. The manager of this store is a scam artist, Ride Now placed an advertisement offering $500 in parts and accessories with the purchase of a polaris vehicle with a value of $5000 or more and they will not honor the advertisement. The article is in the 2010 ATV Outlaw Jamborie Newspaper and is a full page color advertisement that incluses Polaris, Kawasaki and Yamaha. Legal action is in the works please avoid this store if looking for Toys, very poor customer service and sleazy sale tactics such as trying to slide in an $1800 service contract when I was financing my new Quad. Shop somewhere else and look for an honest dealer,
