Jamie takes the time to do it right (without an attitude).. I need highlights added to my hair. I saw the review below about Jamie,so I made an appt with her. She did not disappoint! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked towards that goal. She is patient , pleasant and did I very nice job on my hair.

I am 63 yrs. old and not that easy to please,but I will go back to Jamie again. Nice work Jamie!

A good haircut is a hard thing to find, but I found it here!. The folks at Cost Cutters have always done a nice job on my hair, much better than anywhere else in town on or off base for the money. The stylist I prefer is Jamie, who gives me the exact look I want without skipping over any of the smallest details. I'll gladly drive clear across town to continue getting my hair cut here!

Worst hair cut experience!!!. My boyfriend went for a haircut while I was out and when I came home, I was greeted with the worst hair cut I've EVER seen!!! The stylist (Elizabeth) used clippers on one setting all around his head, practically shaving his hair line at the base of his head 2 inches higher than it naturally rests, then proceeded to shave bald patches over each of his ears! He looked like Frankenstein when she was done with him!!! When we went back the next day for an explanation and a refund she said "It doesn't look that bad, maybe he just did it himself". After insisting on talking to her supervisor, who was not there, the stylist says "if you aren't here for a haircut you have to leave"... IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! Long story short, we went to Toni and Guy to do what they could for his severely butchered hair and called the regional manager to file a complaint. Nothing was ever done except they sent a coupon for a free haircut... now why after that experience would we want to go back??? I DO NOT suggest this place, unless you want to leave looking like a mental patient!
