WORST DISRESPECT AND SERVICE.
Worst disrespect and service I have ever experienced!!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I own a business right down the street and I called in to order take out for our entire staff. I had every body's order written down so I proceeded to tell the woman who answered the phone the orders "M2 with hot and sour soup and fried rice" the woman rudely interrupted me and said "wait , what do you want chicken or pork". I had no idea there was a choice since I didn’t have the menu in front of me. Even though she said it in an extremely rude tone of voice I just brushed it off told her chicken and continued with our second item " # m14 with fried rice". The woman again interrupted me even ruder than the first time and said" Can you just tell me what you want instead of the item number?????" I told her I do not have the menu in front of me so I don’t know exactly what the items are. She then said “Well it’s the same thing! What do you want chicken or pork!?"... I was in shock at the way she was speaking to me and I said to her "Are you going to be rude to me like that?" The woman then replied " Well do you want to order or not!?" at that point I was ticked off beyond belief. I told her “then no, I won’t order.” The woman said "fine OK" and hung up on me............. Just rethinking it in my head boils my blood. To think that this is the way you would treat customers who pay your salary and your bills!
I was in the car at that time close by so I stopped in the restaurant to tell that manager or owner what just happened over the phone. I asked for the owner and a woman said she was. I asked her if she was the one I was speaking to over the phone and she said YESS!! The actual owner of this place treats her own customers like that! It is beyond belief. I let her know that I am a business owner right down the street and I would fire my employees for the way she spoke to me over the phone. On top of that she shockingly did not even apologize! All she had to say to me was "You’re the one who didn’t want to order"!
I told her I was going to write a bad review on her and report her to the BBB and then I left. What do you know, 10 minutes later she called me back and her exact words were “ I just wanted to apologize for the way I talked to you on the phone, I’m not being rude, that’s just the way I talk”…. Sure it is… and sure you’re apologizing after I said I would report you.
Do not ever eat at this place!! The way she treated me was absolutely INSANE. I'm surprised their still in business.
