Tucson >Cibaria Cucina Italiana
waiting for precsription (IValley Fever). I was condidering my bdy dinner ther e. However willl not
Amazing, absolutely amazing. First time there this afternoon and it will definately NOT be the last and it's quite a jaunt from Red Rock to Oro Valley. The food was incredible, the service was very friendly, courteous and accommodating - good wine - and you simply cannot beat the prices and the generous portions. My friend and I both agreed that we've never had a better tasting Italian lunch - we don't really get out for dinner but I can't imagine it being anything but just as good or better. We were planning on going to Carrabas but they don't open until 4pm and I know from their online menu they are not cheap and I cannot imagin them being better than Cibaria Cucina Italiana. It's our favorite Italian restaurant in Tucson area - and Macayo's is our favorite Mexican restaurant - it's their Baja sauce and those green corn tamales and spinach enchiladas available all year round.
What? Were you having a bad day???. I saw the last review and was shocked! This place is WONDERFUL! The most delicious food we have EVER had! The staff was warm and inviting and very attentive to our every need. The atmosphere was elegant, yet didn't make us feel underdressed in our summer attire. Did I mention the food? This place has the most delicious salads, sauces, pasta and bread I have ever had! The Totellini Con Spinache is my all-time favorite lunch. Even though it's not on the dinner menu, they are always happy to make it for me at night as well! Do yourself a favor and go to this restaurant. You will be pampered by their fine service and delighted by the meal. Very reasonably priced as well!
Far below previous experiences. Not up to previous standards. Staff was barely friendly, had to ask for additional bread 4 times and then when it finally arrived the interior or the bread was crusty, the wrong soup was delivered to one person and a lengthy time passed before the correct soup was delivered, water was not refilled until the plates were removed, vegetables were cool, and had to ask what dining specials were available. The only item that came quickly was the check. Except for the cool vegetables, the entrees were very tasty.
Great food, great views. Not your common Italian fare, the chef is excellent and prepares each dish with care, taste is number one priority. Highly recommend anyone with a yen for Italian food to try this secret place in uptown Tucson area. New restaurant is a soon to be reckoned with contender for Best Italian Restaurant in the southwest.
GRRRRREAT!. THIS IS A WONDERFUL RESTAURANT! I LOVE THEIR POPE'S PILLOW AND THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO GO TO THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN TUCSON!
Great Place!. The bread is out of this world-- hot, fresh out of the oven, crusty. The tortolini is the absolute best in town. The chef is imaginative and accommodating.
