view & uploadPretty Good. I am eating my lunch right now. The Tuna was melt in your mouth soft. The Miso Soup was really good. The Tempura Shrimp Roll was larg, but mostly tempura, not much shrimp at all. The wasabi is really good and hot and they give a lot of ginger. (I got it to go)
Amazing Sushi for a Reasonable Price!!.
after work at 7something pm. i was on my way home when i couldn't help but notice a small little sushi restaurant at golf links and kolb.
i would always just drive by it and would always make a self memo to go and get something to eat sometime.
finally i was able to! and boy was i glad that i went in.
my husband and i went inside and automatically smiling faces were shouting to us to have a seat ANYWHERE! imagine that! we got to pick our seats. the place was full but still had enough seats for my darling and i to sit in a window seat. the building outside isn't that great but the inside is sooo cute!
it's not like your average crazy sushi bars where they blast loud music and have dark rooms for you to not be able to see your hand in front of your face.
the waitress were really friendlly best service i had in yrs. and the sushi mens&a girl was laughing with some customers sitting around the sushi bar and close to the bar. my husband and i made a self memo to sit at the bar next time ! before getting our meals we each had some miso soup and WOW this soup had FLAVOR i didn't have to add soysauce!
and few mins we got our 5 rolls and 3orders of there salmon nigiri..and let me tell you...the sushi was soo fresh i couldn't believe it.
after having visiting sushi garden several times and running to the hospital i never once got sick after eating at oishi.
they had rolls and nigiri that isn't a waste on your money and let me tell you it was soo cheap that my husband and i are going to go back every once a week. hopefully more in the following week but i love that restaurant! it's nice , cozy, comfertable, yummy, and cheap what more can i ask for?
Best sushi in Tucson. We live in Midtown and routinely take the trip to Oishi. It is fantastic sushi and you can't beat the price - all you can eat is $30 for two people.
Best sushi in town. This is a family owned restaurant/sushi bar. I've been eating sushi for years and was blown away by the quality at Oishi Sushi. Not only is the sushi fresh and delicious you get exactly what you pay for, the size of the rolls are double those of other sushi restaurants in town. If you know someone that has never tried sushi this is the place to introduce them to it.
