definitely not thumbs up. I messaged with my current copay under another another vision care plan that did not list Dr Swinford. I thought that with my history there, they would sub my copay ($39) and "adjust" my routine eye exam for us as I was a pre-existing customer. Someone messaged back and said it was $60 for "us" (myself and spouse) and we could call back. I specifically asked for us both to have same time AFTER asking for clarification that the $60 said was for "both of us." To review, I planned this out, called back to make sure, and heard today their phone rep contradict me (she meant $120 for both of us!). What a waste of time!
