Merritt Realty Management couldn't have treated my family and me better in the three years we rented from them. They're good, honest people. They were respectful of our privacy and when we moved out we got our whole deposit back. I highly recommend their service.

When we acquired a new rental in Tucson we had to turn to a property manager. There was no way we could deal with the place ourselves. They have been very helpful and have dealt with things far better than I think I would have myself. Necessary repairs have been made and tenants have been found. What more could we ask!

Easy Renting. Renting from Merritt was one of the best renting experiences I have had. Of course we had a couple of issues, but they never ignored them, or denied responsibility to fixing them which I loved. These people are really great managers.
