Bad Business!!. I am VERY unhappy with my experience. My husband ordered Valentine Flowers through FTD. My flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website. I am not a picky person but they were bad!! I understand that they may need to substitute different flowers but FTD's policy is that every attempt is made to at least keep the same color scheme. They replaced white daisies with red carnations. The bouquet already had baby red roses and pink carnations in it. As for the roses, 3 of them were already dead when I received the flowers. The top of the steam had been snapped. The arrangement was poorly arranged and just pathetic looking. Not a huge deal but the description on the website said there would be a "beautiful" bow around the vase. No bow at all on them. To make matters worse, when I called up the flower shop to speak to the manager about when they would be picking the flowers back up (per FTD), the man who answered the phone was very defensive with me. Instead of apologizing, he just kept trying to defend himself. How could he defend a bouquet that he didn't even have in front of him. He should of at least waited to defend the flowers until after he picked them up. I will never give this flower shop any of my business and will make sure to spread the word about how unhappy my entire experience was. PLEASE NOTE: I would have given them zero stars but you have to at least give them one in order to publish the review.
