WHAT A SCAM. THE JOHN BROWN STANDARD IS WHAT MANAGEMENT LABLED ME WHEN THEY REFUSED MY LEASE PRIVILEGES.THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO USE ME TO SEND A MESSAGE TO ALL THE OTHER CAB DRIVERS NOT TO PRESS THEIR LUCK AS FAR AS BEING INDEPENDENT CAB DRIVERS. THE TIP I HAVE FOR YELLOW CAB IS YOU BETTER GET ALL THE LAWYERS IN THE WORLD TOGETHER BECAUSE I AM GOING PUBLIC ON MY PROBLEMS WITH YELLOW CAB AND I'M GOING TO TELL ACHHHS EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS AT YELLOW CAB AND VERY SOON GOING TO THE SAME T. V. STATION THAN DID A FOLLOW UP ON TUCSON NEWS ABOUT YELLOW CAB AND NOT PICKING UP PEOPLE FOR DYALASIS AND MAKING THE PATIENTS SUFFER FROM POISONING THAT THEY DO NOT RECEIVE BECAUSE YELLOW CAB NEVER DISPATCHED THE CALLS. I HAVE RECORDS OF TRANSPORTATION PROBLEMS THAT THE COMPANY MADE US DRIVERS TO KEEP ALL WITH ACHHHS ADDRESSES AND TIME AND DATES AND WHICH PROVIDER THAT THEY TRANSPORT FOR, BUYER BEWARE, YOURS TRULY THE "JOHN BROWN STANDARD".
Hope your not in a hurry. I wish it had a negative star review. I called and at 1 hour and 20 minutes later still no cab. This is no middle of the night call its at 5p.m. Tucson has the worst taxi service ever. I hope they go bankrupt.
horrible customer service. worse customer service even received in my life.called cab (yellow cab) at 12 noon called back at 1:45 to confirm. i was asked what was my access# what the hell is that I was then told yea u got one agrued me down that i have an access# (not) and then told to call my insurance. i then asked to speak to a supervisor i was put on hold for 10mins hung up on called back and was told that the supervivor said she didnt have time to take my call. this was a regular cab call, i used them all the time but after this i will never utilize their raggedy services again and i will tell everybody i no and dont. horrible service. and ill be reporting them to the BBB....now im late for work
NEVER AGAIN!. I accidently left my cell phone in the cab and called yellow cab about 3 minutes after realizing what had happened. They were so unhelpful and kept promising to call me back but never did. The people were morons, they kept putting me on hold and a different person would pick up eachtime, I spoke with about 5 different people (probably from the same office), I take cabs frequently but this very frustrating incident made me buy a bike and take the bus. I will never use this company again.
The Cab Company that delievers the best customer service. I have used alot of different cab companies in town. I want everyone to know that Yellow Cab is the absolute best. One of the many reasons is that they treat me like Im important and my time is valuable. I like it because it shows me that they are trying very hard to make sure my exsperience is memorable in a great way. I will continue to use them. Thank You Yellow Cab

YOU SAID YOU HEARD HOW UN COMFORTABLE I MAKE PEOPLE., THIS IS HEAR SAY AND YOU SHOULD LEAVE A REVIEW ONCE YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED JOHN'S TAXI CAB AS A PASSENGER. PEOPLE LIKE YOU GO AROUND MAKING ACCUSATIONS LIKE YOU DO AND DO NOT HAVE FIRST EXPIERENCE .
Never SHowed Up.
Uh! I was super anxious today when my boyfriend and i had to take our baby in for a well baby check up with shots. We used Yellow Cab Tucson, Arizona and this is not the first time they NEVER showed UP! I wasn't even a voucher i was a paying customer! My boyfriends mother never got picked up either she was out there waiting 10 minutes late for her appointment!
I had to use you guys when i was pregnant and i was a voucher and you would mess up constantly!
Your a horrible company and it is sad that Arizona uses you for you to pick up people in need to get to a damn doctors appointment!
I think your poorly run! i was told by another cab driver from another company that saved my life today and got me to the appointment that every cabby knows they would take money over a voucher any day!
If i wasn't vigilant and realized that you weren't comming i would have had to make another appoinment and waste time and energy and anxiety! THanks Yellow Cab! Your company truely is CRAP!

unscrupulous!!. they are a bunch of rip offs! i had to call a cab because my bike went flat and before the driver even asked where i was headed he turned the meter on and began driving!! then when we reached my destination he then informed me that there was a $10 charge even though i informed the operator that i was using a card, i was never told that there was a minimum charge. then the driver on top of that asked if i wanted to tip him after he charged me 10 bucks for my $6 ride! yellow cab can go to hell
ripe off. My husband need a ride to work, his car was in the shop. He called Yellow cab the night before and advise them what time and that he would be paying with a credit card. The taxi arrived but in the middle of the drive the taxi driver decided to tell him the credit card machine doesn't work . My husband had no cash on him. He had to go to the atm machine which charged him and more time on the meter. When my husband complaint to the manager they offered coupons. I would like the money back. My husband thinks the machine did work and that the guy wanted more money for fair....I will never use this company again........YELLOW CAB SUCKS....
Never showed, Manager "Bambi" rude to me.
They were supposed to pick up my kid (a U o fA student) at 4am for a 6am flight and they NEVER SHOWED UP.
She called them at 4:05 and 4:15 and 4:45am and they kept promising to come but THEY NEVER SHOWED UP.
She called me (i am in Northern California) at 5:08am and I started calling them. One dispatcher put me on hold and never came back. One dispatcher was polite and said she saw the calls but "they were really busy and would get someone out there soon." The third person with whom I spoke (Carlos) was polite and said he would get his Manager, "Bambi" to speak to me. She spoke to me very briefly, put me on hold so she could look up my daughter's info, and after waiting and waiting for her to come back, she hung up on me.
At 5:38am, I called again and "canceled" the cab, which still had not arrived, since it was obvious she was not going to make her flight.
I am certainly not a competitor, and invite the marketing guy who posted below to contact me. I will certainly be contacting him later today when he arrives at work. And I will certainly be looking for alternative cab companies for my daughter to use for the next four years.
Very Useless!!!. I scheduled a taxi a day in advance to pick up my son at 1:30 p.m. I tried to reach them to confirm and to have them pick him up earlier. Guess what - their phone line was busy from 12:10 to 1:15 p.m. I therefore had to make other arrangements (Arizona Stagecoach - they said they would be there in 15 minutes and they were there in 10 minutes) Wouldn't you know - the taxi company called at 1:45 p.m. wondering where my son was. Really? I am not a competitor and my review is definitely from a real consumer. If I can't communicate freely with a company, I rather not use that company at all. Thanks Arizona Stagecoach for being there when you said you would be!
