NOT GOOD AT RENOVATION or SERVICE EITHER. Friends of our had their 10 year old pool refinished by Patio with Pebble Tech. They are completely unhappy because the renovation took 4 WEEKS longer than quoted. Also, the workmanship seems suspect as the finish has been deteriorating since day one. Pebbles/stones are coming off daily, and they are stepping on them when using the pool.

Also, they pay to have weekly service through Patio as well to keep their pool clean. I had an opportunity to speak with the service tech the other day while I was there and all he did (FOR $100 per month!!!) was come in to the backyard and put a bunch of chlorine in the floater and left (2 minutes time, max). He actually said that he doesn't really need to test the water for safe levedls but every other week at the most. He also indicated that his company made good money to "over chlorinate" pools in order to keep the water clear.

When someone spends $12,000 to refinish their pool, you'd think they should get what they pay for, especially from the "most established" Pool company in Tucson. Steer clear!

Very Poor Customer Service. We have had the worst service ever by this pool company. I would not recommend them to anyone. We were promised the pool would be done in 45 days from day of first dirt removed - it took 75 days. We ended up with a non working solar panels that I fixed because I could get no response from the company. Our new cool deck immediately fadded and cracked and the interior of pool is greying. We have made multiple calls, have had some response but no repairs or apologies. We now will have to obtain a lawyer to get the repairs done that are required.

Pool Co. Down the Drain. From begining to end, comunication and service was less then truthful and sloooww. We singed a contract in Sept. the pool was completed in April ? This company discuraged us from the features we wanted, but made it sound as if they were giving us a better product. Quality and workmenship is below average. Most phases had to be done twice and still ended up looking bad, or not matching. But we still had to pay before they'd proceed to the next phase. Their "free" upgrades only benefit them... I would like to tell you of all the problems encountered but you do not give me enough space.

You ask why then did we sign a contract? They did most of the pools in our neighborhood, prior to people moving in and the length of time they were in business.
