Shawn from ARS did a great job fixing our AC, so we requested him to come back the next day to fix the fan motor. We were very happy with him. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and polite.  If he needed help or had a question he’d call to make sure he was doing the job right.  He’d show us what needed to be done and showed us everything he did.  Overall, we were very happy with his work.  Hopefully we can request him again in the future.

Great Customer Service. The young woman that took my call was very good to work with, as I expected since I have received good service from them in the past. Ruben came out to my home and did a great job. From the moment he arrived until when he let, he exceeded my expectations. He was very neat and seemed to know how to fix several problems. He is the best representative from ARS/RR that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was very professional, knew what to do, and was very friendly, which is the best combination of qualities to have in order to retain customers. I have worked with the public for over 65 years, so I feel qualified to comment on this.

Make the Switch!. I switched over to ARS about one year ago and have been very pleased with my system, as well as my lower payments. I am always happy with the assistance I receive on the phone and in my home. I would recommend ARS to my friends.

Very professional. We have had several service calls for our A/C unit that have been performed by Nick from ARS. His professional approach to communication, repair and recommendations for proper operation and maintenance are always thorough and reliable. We will be requesting Nick for all of our future A/C service and repairs.
