mediocre (at best). I scheduled a half day "signature" spa package and found the whole spa experience mediocre at best compared to other spas I have visited in other cities.

The facilities are clean and well-kept, with an overall relaxing atomosphere. The staff seemed nice, but inexperienced in customer service. I found that when I needed them for questions, no one ever seemed to be available. I waited for almost an hour between services with no one bothering to check on me.

The services are overpriced. The massage especially was a big disappointment and rated below average (I felt like she basically just lightly rubbed warm oil on my skin). The facial didn't seem to do much for my skin at all and was just a promotion to buy their products as well as more services. The nail services were actually the high point -- the mani/pedicurist did a very nice job.

Overall, I cannot recommend the spa services here -- too expensive for an experience which left me wanting more.

so-so. Every massage I have had here has been amazing. I had a shrine up in my livingroom for Helga for at least a month after my last massage. But this spa has definate flaws: appointments rarely begin on time; sale tactics can be pushy; their prices suggest a superior level of service that is not consistantly delivered. However, a few of the staff members provide a commendable attention to detail on a consistant basis (Manicurists Sylvie and Vera and facialist Jennifer).

Very nice atmosphere and Staff. Although the atmosphere and the Staff were very nice, the spa itself is overpriced and overated. It really doesn't seem to offer anything that's any better than any other spa that I've been to. Would only recommend if you're staying at the hotel and really want to take advantage of the location. There are other more outstanding spa's within short driving distance.

An oasis in the foothills. A beautifully tranquil spa that does it all. Andrew and Shannon are hair gurus. Raquel for facials is a must. Nails, you can't go wrong with any of these pros. On the day that you have your treatments, you are welcome to use the spa facilities all day, topped off by an optional spa lunch. Amazing surroundings, eager to please staff, and top notch management. Highest Recommendation
