But their business practices are questionable to someone not even doing business with them let alone to someone who's thinking about it...This company is ridiculous! They have placed Harassing phone calls to myself whom never did business with them even after repeated requests to stop. I have actually never done business with this company. A friend of mine, whom I am no longer in contact with, did do business with ABC Finance at some point and put me down as some sort of reference (not a cosign) without my knowledge. ABC Finance began calling me looking for said friend abut 6 months ago and has not stopped since. They call about once a week and always from a restricted number however they still leave a voice mail with their call back number and rep name. I have spoken to several reps all of whom I explained that I no longer speak to the individual they seek and secondly, even if I did, why would I want to in turn allow them to harass her. I have done no wrong here and am not affiliated in any way with this company or the person they did business with. They call at all hours of the day forcing me to screen my calls and getting me in trouble at work because im not allowed to receive calls on my cell at work. It is unacceptable to harass anyone let alone someone you didn't even do business with. Ive done everything I should short of changing my phone number.

Great Company

I have had my car loan through ABC Finance Company now for 3 years and I am almost done paying it off. I have never had any problems with them. Then again, I have always made every payment on time. The few times I have had to go into their office they have always been nice. They are in the business of helping people rebuild bad credit so I was told from the beginning to always make my payments on time. They have always been unfront about their dealings with me and very clear about their expecations of me. I feel they have been very fair in their dealings and have expected nothing from me other then what was agreed upon to begin with.

The Worst Company Dealings

These people prey on honest people who want to build their credit. After having some difficulties with ONE payment after paying faithfully on my car for close to two years these guys refused to defer ONE payment - ONE, in order for me to get back on my feet after loosing my job.

They refinanced my car at a higher rate, and it was as if I hadn't made even one payment in all that time. They charged me twice for my car. In the end, I gave them back the car as they had made it impossible for me to ever get ahead on this deal. They sold my car for less than a night out. So, in the end, I was charged 2 1/2 times for that same car. And to add insult to injury they charged me another $50.00 for a repossession as if they had to come and get the car. I got no response when I asked why that was so since I drove it there in good faith.

In short, these people are evil crooks with the worst business practices imaginable!

Beware

Everyone is nice and friendly until something goes wrong. owner, Dora Bursey's husband is a ruthless collection attorney. After repossession, car was sold for 20 percent of what I paid for it. They knew I was going through a serious medical emergency and immediately sued me. I now owe more than the original purchase price plus 29 percent interest per month.

The collection practices are despicable, dirty, and dishonest. I can't tell you how many times they lied to me and belittled me. Nice people on outside, but it's just a show.

I can't say enough bad things about these lying dirtbags! Look at how many lawsuits they file on the superior court clerks website. They are working the system and taking advantage of poor people. They break the law and then use it against you. READ THE FINE PRINT

Great Company

I have financed two of my cars through ABC. I don't have the best credit but they have worked with me. The finance rate is a little high but thats my own fault for not keeping my credit up. They have a great staff especially Don. If I ever have a problem and can't pay my bill one time, i just called and tell they when I can and they work with me. Again they are a great company and would recommend this to anyone!
