You have to admire a place that advertises its daily food specials on fliers taped to the bathroom walls.. The Scene:
Chuy's combines good Mexican-style food with a beach atmosphere and a wide variety of alcoholic delights. (We've got plenty of beach in Arizona, just not much ocean.) Go to Chuy's for happy hour, but beware: you might end up staying for dinner.Chuy's has everything you need for a casual night out, including music, drinks, television, video games, a chips-and-salsa bar, and rubber chickens in swimming trunks. The mesquite-grilled chicken and shrimp combo is a good choice, as are the chicken quesadillas. Daily drink specials and pitchers of beer or margaritas make the perfect thirst-quenchers for those blazing desert days and marginally cooler nights. Chuy's has several locations sprinkled around Tucson and most have outdoor seating.
