Poor customer service. So far, this has been my experience. I have purchased two refrigerators from Christie's on the East side. I have had no problems with them. Now, I have pruchased a Washer and Dryer from the store on the North-West side. When I bought it, I was told that they had the units in the warehouse and could be delivered on Monday. I paid for the units and I expected delivery as promised. I received a call on Friday from the salesman saying that the dryer was unavailable. Now they want me to wait until Thursday to get the units. This is unacceptable for a number of reasons.

What the salesman told me was that another sale was being delivered when they found damage to that delivery so they used the units that they sold me to make the delivery to the other purchasers.

At this time I have told the salesman that I will have to rethink my purchase so I am looking at other locations for the units that I want. I am very displeased with the service of Christie's Appliance Store.
